I was fortunate to watch the Liverpool against Barcelona match live on ESPN360 today, the broadband service from ESPN that provides streaming video broadcasts. ESPN360 is offering free access between now and March 15, which means that tomorrow’s Man United against Lille match will be available online.
Overall, I was impressed with the ESPN360 service. The interface was very easy to use, while the video quality was excellent. There was some buffering around the 70th minute mark for a few minutes, but the audio continued playing so at least I could still follow what was happening during the match.
